We are seeing a time out error being returned against transaction calls made to Santander. Therefore transactions are not being imported to Money Dashboard and won't appear on your account.
This has been escalated with the provider and we are awaiting for a fix to be implemented by Santander.
Please be aware that this issue occurs only during an initial connection and it doesn't affect refreshments and re-authentications for accounts that were linked prior to the issue.
