Update 19th January 2021
Sainsburys have provided us with an update this week. The issue pertains to their API resulting in no transactions being returned for customers who have more than 99 transactions in a given statement period. Sainsburys are now working on a fix and further updates will be posted here.
We have identified that Sainsburys API stops returning transactions before or after the mid-month for certain credit cards. Once the month has passed, and for the next half of a month, transactions will be returned as per usual. However we are suspecting once the 1st/mid-month rolls around, no transactions will be returned to us when we call for them and there are no error codes on the logs.
This is currently under escalation with Sainsburys and once a fix is in place this page will be updated.
