Connection to NewDay providers are currently down. We have received notification that the provider's APIs are currently down due to an unplanned incident. Further updates will be posted accordingly.
Issue connecting Amazon, Aqua, Debenhams, Fluid accounts
There are currently two known issues with connection to NewDay providers. The first being a message 'Something went wrong... There was an issue with opening the Money Dashboard application. Please click on the link below to retry.'
The second error 'No active card linked to this account' is presented when going through the connection process.

Why is this happening?
If you are going through the add account process via your Android device, we have found that there's an issue with the provider's URL that is causing a handback issue. However, NewDay has a further issue whereby a message 'No active card linked to this account' is also displayed when going through the connection process on the web application.
What can I do?
Unfortunately there's not much we can do until these issues are resolved by NewDay and updates will be posted regularly on this page.
