You may have noticed on your mobile banking page with your provider that transactions are sometimes marked as "pending". Due to the way that Open Banking APIs are configured we may not be able to get these transactions immediately

Some of your transactions may be marked as "pending" by your bank. A number of banks omit transactions marked as pending from the transactions endpoint request we send to get your transactions. The way we try and get round this is by calling back a few days every time we ask for transactions. Essentially when the transactions changes from pending to full you will get them.
We know this isn't ideal but unfortunately until the banks provide the transaction there is nothing much we can do.
