This is a bug. On rare occasions our categorisation engine can take too long to categorise your transactions. It then defaults to setting everything as "General". Unfortunately because it took too long some of our other systems don't receive the message that everything is categorised as "General". Essentially this creates the bug where transactions look like they are categorised as general to you but actually have no category. Our Back End and Machine Learning Team are sorting this out right now.

What can I do?
At the moment a workaround is to manually categorise the transactions again as 'General' this would now appear. We appreciate this work around is not ideal at the moment. Please rest assured that the team is looking into this.
Alternatively, you can create a new custom 'General 2'/'Misc' category to quickly see which are the transactions you have gone on to re-categorise.
