Wrong App: Classic vs Neon
This is more common than you think. We have two products that have different apps

If you have typed in the wrong email address then you won't able to login. Sometimes people miss this because they have autofill on their phone (so they never actually input their details). If you believe this to be the case please contact our support team with the phone number you have used to register for an account here.
This ties in with the typo issue. There are 2 main reasons this may cause an issue:
- The password manager is taking you to the wrong webpage URL (eg. trying to login to classic when you are actually on Neon)
- The email/password has a typo and when you manually enter what you think it is it doesn't line up
