Introduction
When you first connect your bank accounts our application automatically detects recurring payments and adds them as scheduled payments. We would recommend for you to go through the scheduled payments and add anything that we might have missed or delete any transactions you do not with to include as a scheduled payment. Setting up your scheduled payments on Mobile app
The first thing to do is to review your existing scheduled payments to see if they are accurate:
- On the 'Home' tab, swipe up to view the transaction list. Tap into your scheduled payment at the top of the list.
- Select the 'List' view and this will bring up the list of all scheduled payments
- If there are unwanted scheduled payments, you can delete them off. Please refer here for more information on how to delete scheduled payments
Setting up your scheduled payments on Web app
The first thing to do is to review your existing scheduled payments to see if they are accurate:
- Navigate onto the 'Transactions' tab on the side bar
- Tap 'See all' at your scheduled payment section to bring up the list of scheduled payments
- If there are unwanted scheduled payments, you can delete them off. Please refer here for more information on how to delete scheduled payments
Noticed Missing Scheduled Payments?
If you are noticing missing scheduled payments, you can choose to add them in and there are several options:
Option 1 - Adding scheduled payments from your Scheduled payment view
- On the 'Home' tab, you will see a list of 'Upcoming' transactions
- Tap onto 'See all' and this will bring up the list of scheduled payments
- Tap onto 'Add new' at the top right hand corner
- Search for the transaction you would like to add as a scheduled payment. At this point we only support scheduled payments from transactions that are coming from connected bank accounts
- Select the frequency in which you expect this transaction to recur. We have the following options:
- Monthly
- Weekly
- 2 Weekly
- Quarterly
- Biannually
- Annually
- Tap on 'Create scheduled payment'
Option 2 - Adding scheduled payments from the quick action button
- Tap on the middle + sign on the bottom navigation bar
- Select 'Add scheduled payment' and follow the above steps from Step 4 in Option 1
Option 3 - Selecting a transaction and adding it as a Scheduled payment
- When you tap through on a transaction it brings up information about the transaction
- On the information page of your transaction, select 'Add' to scheduled payments under the 'Settings' area
- Follow the above steps from Step 4 in Option 1
