Whatever your reason for returning an item and receiving a refund, how you treat them in the Money Dashboard Neon app will stay the same.
You need to ensure that the category assigned to your initial purchase and your refund are the same.
For example, if your initial spend was in Superdrug and categorised under Personal Care, your Superdrug refund needs to have the same category so we can net off your spend.
So if you spend £50 and get a refund for £25, if you assign them both the same category your net spend will be £25.
