Money Dashboard can only receive transactions from the banks when they are fully cleared, so although you may see recent items on your online banking they may still be in pending status and not yet available to Money Dashboard. Pending items tend to clear and become available in 1-2 business days, though in some cases can take longer - eg, transactions made over a weekend/bank holiday, contactless payments, overseas transactions, etc. As well, the time of clearing is also dependent on the merchant - this can explain why you are seeing transactions made after showing.

How do I get up to date account balances and transactions?
To get the latest account balances and transactions, ensure that all your accounts are refreshed.
On both the home page and the accounts page, there is a refresh icon on the top corner of the screen, tapping it will kick of a refresh of all your connected accounts. This refresh can take a few minutes to complete, you can check the status of your refresh on the accounts page.
Troubleshooting out of date balances and transactions
However if you are still seeing your account balances and transactions out of date, please check the following:
1. Has your connection expired? If so, you will see a 'login expired' prompt, follow the steps here and re-connect your account(s) to get up-to-date balances and transactions.
2. If your account connection is still live and your account balances and transactions are not syncing, please check our Twitter page. If there's a known issue/service outage with your provider, we post about it there.
3. If there's no service outage, please get in touch with the support team by submitting a service request here.
