You refresh your accounts from within the app. On both the homepage and the accounts page there is a refresh icon at the top right hand side of the page, this will refresh all your connected accounts.
However if you are still seeing your account balances out of date, please check the following:
1. Has your connection expired? If so, you will see a 'Login expired' prompt, follow the steps here and re-connect your account(s) to get up-to-date balances and transactions
2. If your account connection is still live and your account balances are not syncing, please check our Twitter page. If there's a known issue/service outage with your provider, we post about it there.
3. If there's no service outage, please get in touch with the support team by submitting a service request here.
