Connecting a bank account for the first time
If you are connecting your account for the first time, after the sign up process, you will see the add account process step being prompted.
The first step is to select your account provider from the list provided. If you are not seeing your provider, account type listed, refer here for the list of account connections available at the moment.
Once you’ve selected your account provider, we will then send you to their app or website to login. You will be directed out of the Money Dashboard Neon app to sign in with your provider, Money Dashboard will never have access to your login details.
When you have successfully logged in with your provider, they will ask you to grant Money Dashboard access to your account (or accounts if you have multiple).
After granting access, you will be returned to the Money Dashboard Neon app. It may take us a couple of minutes to receive and load all your accounts, balances and transactions from your provider. We’ll do a lot of this loading in the background so you’re free to explore the app while we do the heavy lifting.
Connecting subsequent bank accounts
If you are adding more bank accounts, you can re-access the 'Add account' process by the accounts section of the app. The 'Add account' function is presented as shown in the following image. Follow the prompts same steps as you had with the first connected bank account.
